D'err

7 comments:

  1. Ben has got to see this one. I make lots of d'errs, and I used to beat myself up, and it's paralyzing to do so.It's freedom to accept yourself, along with your mistakes.

I just showed him, and he said "Oy,vey...D'err!" Is it a meme yet? I know we'll be using it in this household. I d'erred once already this morning, that I'm aware of...

    1. Haha, a meme waiting to happen. It does seem there are higher stakes for a d'err in the adult world, so how to balance that with forgiving yourself?

    2. I have no choice but to forgive myself or be paralyzed. When you forgive/forget others, it's easier. It's like it all comes back to you or something. Boomering forgiveness.

  2. So you're also a fan of Mike and the Mechanics then? I've got their greatest hits CD.

    1. Of course, classic 80's... as a matter of fact I do own one of their CD's! "Nobody's Perfect" is one of their more obscure songs, but it's the one that came to mind for this post.
