    Ha, now, if they could demonstrate to Fuzzy why the complicated sheet was *unnecessary* rather than just difficult, I could respect their opinion. Really though, the ammount of times I hear "this system confuses the staff" makes me wonder which sheltered workshop they recruit from.

      Sometimes, it's not that something is difficult, as much as it's perceived as difficult, and that's enough to lose the buy-in of users.

    Being an accountant I can completely relate. I am told my spreadsheets are too busy. What ever that means.
